The new search algorithm now returns results for exact matches as well as close matches, and orders results based on the closest match. This new search produces more results than with the previous search function, with better matches appearing higher in the list.

Use the recommendations below to improve your searching and narrow your results:

  • Enter at least the first 3 characters of your search term to trigger the search function.
  • Click the Date column header to sort your results by most recent.
  • Use additional search terms to narrow your results, such as entering both the Last 4 of the card used, and the amount or payer name.
  • Limit your search to a specific field by using the Search Columns selector.
